Teen Calls Out His Entitled GF For Being A Karen To A Taco Bell Employee

It's officially time for another Karen story, but this time around we're dealing with a teen Karen. In today's 'Am I The A$$hole?' post, OP told us about how his girlfriend totally freaked out after having to wait in a drive-thru line at Taco Bell. Apparently, once a car was already in the line, there was no way of bailing, so his entitled GF kept honking even though that clearly doesn't help the situation. She got even worse once they got to the window, taking out all her rage on the poor employee and demanding to speak to the manager and get their meal for free. OP was super embarrassed about her behavior, which made her even more upset because he wasn't on her side. Obviously, the long wait wasn't the poor employee's fault because they were short-staffed.     Font - Font - AITA for telling my GF she was embarrassing me? We were in the drive through for taco bell and the line was obnoxiously slow. We had already ordered and it was that kind of drive through with the building on one side and a curb on the other, so nowhere to bail when you got fed up with waiting.

Then be quiet because you have no say in this" She then continued harassing the kid for a discount, a gift card and wanted to speak with his supervisor, which the kid declined because the supervisor was busy, unless we wanted to park and come in, which my girlfriend didn't want to do because she had "already wasted too much time waiting in line"

    Font - AITAthrowaway-101 OP · 13h S 2 Honestly not so much. I've seen her mom act like this (but worse) and I never said anything because I figured she was embarrassed at her moms behaviour. Now I'm starting to realize the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. We're 18 and she's my high school sweetheart but if this is the adult she's going to become, it's not the type of person I want to spend my life with.
